[XeMarkets] Withdrawal Problem

hello,

acc saya 35089

saya uda 1 tahun lebih member di xemarkets selalu lancar2 aja

tapi mendadak skrg bermasalah, mohon bantuan nya

gini kronologis nya:



15 Jan 2013 i use my bank acc to upload fund into my MB acc

18 Jan 2013 the money reach my MB acc

21 Jan 2013 i deposit into my xemarkets acc 35089 $1000

23 Jan 2013 MB email me that my MB acc will be closed for their own reason

i think they mistaken my acc for someone else acc

coz i also several times send bank wire to my MB acc always ok

so i dont know whats the problem

but i dont know this coz i didnt check my mailbox

25 Jan 2013 i requested withdrawal from xemarkets $3000 to MB

if i had known this, i would request my withdrawal from xemarkets to my LR acc

coz my MB acc already blocked so i cant receive any incoming money

xemarkets only able to make 2 refund of $1000 then the remaining $1000 cant be sent to me



i quickly explained to MB that i uploaded my MB acc with my own bank acc as usual

and i said i use my MB acc for depositing n withdrawing from forex

but MB still said that i have to withdraw my MB balance by bank wire to my bank acc n then my MB acc will be closed

so i just follow what MB said, i already withdrew my MB balance

u can see from my MB history that i already withdraw my fund to my bank acc

my situation with MB is already cleared n solved



28 Jan 2013 Xemarkets emailed me saying coz MB close my acc, so xemarkets also close my trading acc as i am suspected of using fraudulent fund



MB didnt even say i use fraudulent fund

MB also doesnt take my money at all, so why its xemarkets who take my money?

attached are all the proof for u to check

the money is my own money, not any fraudulent fund


without MB, i can still continue trading n made deposit n withdrawal with xemarkets by LR

so why is it suddenly xemarkets decided that i use fraudulent fund n my money taken away n account blocked?



dana saya masih ada $3500 di trading acc diblock semua

padahal saya uda kasih ini bukti semua

apalagi yg kurang?

setelah 1 tahun bersama xemarkets koq jd gini ya?

tolong bantuan nya para IB
