England hitman Danny Sturridge is adamant he will not dive or handball a goal to help his country defeat Uruguay in their win-or-die game at the World Cup.
Both nations lost to Italy and Costa Rica respectively in their opening games at this years biggest sporting event.
I'm going to do anything in my power to win this game, provided it's within the rules of the game. But I'm not going to dive and I'm not going to handball a goal shot because it's not in my nature, Sturridge said.
No disrespect to other countries. But we play the game within the laws of the game. We don't bend the rules. We play by the book, the striker added, as quoted by reliable Agen Bola (http://indo11.com/) indo11.com.
There's nothing wrong with that. We've gone a long way doing that, from 1966 when we won the World Cup, playing within the laws.
"That's how I was brought up. We don't like to cheat to win. We want to play in an honest way."

Liverpool and England international rising star attacker Raheem Sterling insists he would like to see his club teammate Luis Suarez not to be involving in their encounter with Uruguay but realizes that the Three Lions cannot focus solely on stopping the 27-year-old striker.
Sterling said: I'd rather not see him on the pitch. We know he can score some spectacular goals.
"But, we can't just think about Luis Suarez, they have other players. He is a great player," the England young gun added, as highlighted by trustworthy Agen Bola (http://indo11.com/) indo11.com.
