3 Sukumi ~the basics of Setting strategy~
In the Job types of Einherjar, Axe Fighter uses Axe, Sword Fighter uses Sword, Spear Fighter uses Spear. These 3 types are subject to a tactical relatationship as follows: "Axe is strong against Spear", "Spear is strong against Sword", "Sword is strong against Axe". This in-game relationship is called "Sukumi".

You should make use of this Sukumi relationship to build up your own fighting strategy in the most effective way.
fight with strategy in turn
The battle takes place with the "Tactical Battle" model (aka. turn-based battle). You and the enemy will control units in turn.

http://www.ein-herjar.com/website//images/about/bt03_1.jpg
If it's your turn, a sword icon will apprear at the top of the unit that you can control.
Control character
http://www.ein-herjar.com/website//images/about/bt03_2.jpg
The basic command is "move" and then "act". For each unit's turn, a movement range of that unit will appear.
Click on a cell inside the range, and the unit will move to that cell.
Select the block to move Window to select the action
After the unit finishes moving, the screen will display a window for you to choose the unit's actions. You can choose "Attack" or other actions.
http://www.ein-herjar.com/website//images/about/bt04_1.jpg
For example, if you want to attack an enemy near your unit, click "Attack" and then your target. The bottom middle of the screen will display as follows: on the left are the probability of successful hit and the damage of your attack, and on the right are the probability of successful hit and the damage of your enemy's counter-attack.
Probability Attack
If the enemy is armed with a close-range weapon, you will be counter-attacked.
http://www.ein-herjar.com/website//images/about/bt05_1.jpg
The actions that you can choose will vary depending on your unit's Job and equipment. For example, a sister equipped with rosary can use "pray" ability to restore HP of another team unit. Or an Elf equipped with fire magic will cause substantial damage from a certain distance.
Recovery Flame
If a unit's HP is low, you can use "pray" or "medicine" function to restore it. In addition to HP, each unit also has a LP (Life Point). If HP is reduced to 0, that unit can't continue fighting and its LP will be reduced by 1.
After the battle is finished, HP will be restored, but LP will not. If LP becomes 0, that unit will be lost.
Battle finish
http://www.ein-herjar.com/website//images/about/bt06_2.jpg
Condition to finish a battle is to "defeat enemies". If you can annihilate your enemies completely, the result will be "win" and you will gain experience points, items and loots. Otherwise, if all your units are defeated, the result will be "lose" and you will get nothing.
win the match result of the match
Victory depends on your strategy! Pay full attention to "Sukumi", "skills and weapons of your units" to perform your best tactics.
