Game ini seperti Football Manager/Championship Manager, tetapi disini kita bebas menentukan nama timnya, formasi dan pemain. Dalam awal game, kita akan diberi pemain2 campuran dari segala tim dan segala posisi. (pemainnya real lho! :))
