kalo denger word processor, orang pasti berfikir ms opis word, atau openopis writer atau libreopis writer, tetapi jarang yang mengetahui bahwa ada lyx, yang merupakan GUInya tex. nah apakah itu lyx langsung aja..

intinya, kalo pake lyx kita tidak dipusingkan dengan segala urusan formatting karena udah disediakan sama lyx. jadi apa yang kita liat di layar adalah apa yang kita masukkan ke dalam dokumen (what you see is what you means) bukan WYWIWYG...
nah lho katanya lyx itu antar mukanya tex, apa lagi itu... ah ga penting, yang penting coba aja dulu caranya...
1. downoad installernya disini ftp://ftp.lyx.org/pub/lyx/bin/1.6.8/...-Installer.exe (ftp://ftp.lyx.org/pub/lyx/bin/1.6.8/LyX-1.6.8-2-Installer.exe), lalu install seperi biasa.
2. tapi sebelum itu download dan install dulu Miktexnya. Downloadnya dari sini Home - MiKTeX Project Page (http://miktex.org/)
3. silakan dicoba
