Job Objective:

Responsible to build up energic team with high performance and be able to develop and manage relationships across the company and with a wide variety of partners based on trust, teamwork and knowledge. The successful candidate must be a strong, decisive, results oriented leader who can have the following details specific responsibilities for this critical role:



� Rrecruiting and staffing;

� organizational and space planning;

� performance management and improvement systems;

� ISO 9001 organization development;

� employment and compliance to regulatory concerns;

� employee orientation, development, and training;

� policy development and documentation;

� employee relations;

� compensation and benefits administration;

� employee safety, welfare, wellness and health;

� employees services and counseling.
