1. ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT (OD)



Responsibilities :

� Standard Operational Procedure (SOP)

� Job Analysis

� Performance Appraisal

� Job Evaluation

� Key Performance Indicator (KPI)

� Coordinate with superior regarding performance management and successor of key positions

� Analysis gap competency

� Handle training and employees development



Key skills / qualification:

� Female, S1 Psychology, interesting outlook under 28 years old

� Minimum 1 year experienced in the same position, fresh graduate are welcome to apply

� Develop and execute recruiting plans and familiar with recruitment tools is a must

� Excellent in social media is advantage like Facebook, Twitter, etc

� Excellent personality with fun, responsible, hard-working, communicative, creative, do things quick, achievement oriented and have a strong attention to details

� Enjoy to work under deadline pressure

� Mature personality & has service attitude





2. INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY (IT)



Key skills / qualification:

� Male, S1 Information Technology or Computer Background, under 28 years old

� Good ability in demonstrating software products is definitely a plus

� LAN/WAN/VLAN technologies

� Firewalls, Proxy Servers, VPN

� Routers, switches

� TCP/IP, IP4/6, DNS, DDNS, DHCP

� VOIP

� Windows

� RDBMS ( MsSQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL )

� Active Directory

� Independent, aggressive and highly motivated with minimum supervision needed

� Willing to travelling.
