In 2003, the Company entered the Capital Market by issuing Bonds I amounting to Rp 300 billion. In 2004, WOM Finance became a public company through the Initial Public Offering by the registration of its stocks at the Jakarta Stock Exchange and the Surabaya Stock Exchange.
One year later, PT Bank Internasional Indonesia, Tbk. (Bank BII) and its consortium, International Finance Corporation (IFC) and DBS Nominees Pte. Ltd., became the strategic partners of WOM Finance by acquiring 67% of the Company�s shares. Subsequently, WOM Finance issued Bonds II amounting to Rp 500 billion.

� Minimum education S1 Technical Informatics / Information Management / Statistics / Mathematics
� At least 1-2 years experience in Risk Management

� Mastery of Excel to support and speed up reporting and analysis

for Internal Audit Officer:
Internal Audit Officer

� Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree / Post
Graduate Degree in Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or Fresh graduate
� Minimum 1-2 years experience in audit multi-finance
� precedence has been certified audit
� Have knowledge of the operational audit
� Have knowledge of ISO
� Have knowledge of Compliance
� Have the ability to analyze
� Detail Oriented
for Financial & Reporting Audit Specialist:
Financial & Reporting Audit Specialist
� Male / Female, max age 30 years
� Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree / Post
� At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
� Minimum education S1 economic accounting
� at least 2-4 years experience in the field of audit
� Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent. Job role in Internal Audit or Analyst

� knowledge about the organization, core business and procedures
