Accounts Cum Admin Clerk
Responsibilities:
� Able to prepare full set of accounts.
� Manages the Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivables (AR), General Ledger (GL) and bank reconciliation functions.
� Prepare payroll, purchase order, sales invoicing & staff payment claim, sales report and etc.
� Daily process and update all the relevant entries in respect of payments, receipts, sales, purchase, accruals, journal entries.
� Able to prepare monthly financial statements, management report and project costing.
� Daily follow up with customers on collection of outstanding accounts.
� Update daily transactions into accounting systems.
� Handling all the documents and correspondence letter.
� Assist in ad-hoc assignment as required by management.
� Responsible for day to day accounts and office administration operations.
� Ensure all accounting records and related documents are properly kept.
Requirements:
� Min LCCI/Diploma qualification
� Male / Female ( max age. 35 )
� Able to handle full sets of account.
� Computer literate with good communication skills.
� At least 1 years of working experience in the related field.
� Good command of English would be an advantage
� Preferred language(s): English
� Positive attitude and hardworking
� Full-Time position(s) available.
