SALES &WEB Administrative

Responsibilities:

conducting administrative duties along with the production of shopping events, producing marketing materials and tenant newsletters, updating the shopping centre�s Web, Twitter and Facebook sites.*

Twitter: Provide updates for tweets & re-tweets of tenant promotions, in house promotions and questions on the mall.

Facebook: Provide updates for news and information.

PS Website: Provide updates for updates and layout submissions.

Collect information from and work with retail tenants on specific social networking promotional projects.

Liaise with smart phone application provider.



Updating content and design of leasing and casual leasing marketing information packages.

Prepare and manage correspondence, report and documents.

Organize and coordinate meeting schedules.

Maintain events schedules, calendars, and database.

Take minutes of meetings.

Set up and maintain filling systems.

Following up with tenant�s promotions.



Requirements:

Male/Female ,High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent

Experience in sales or marketing or business support, at least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Ability to adapt to and work within the corporate culture

Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills

Highly organized and ability to work independently

Able to manage multiple projects while prioritizing work assignments

Working knowledge of word processing, desktop publishing, presentation software, database management , web content and spreadsheet applications

A strong team player.

Works well under pressure with the ability to face difficult challenges and timescales.

Good time keeping and willing to work overtime as necessary.

Excellent Telephone manner.

Excellent spoken and written English is essential.

Age between 24 - 35 years old.

Product Design and web admin

Requirements:



Male, max. 35 years old.

Bachelor Degree in Product / Product Design from well-known university.

Having min. 2-3 years experience in similar job.

Able to operate Autocad, 3Dmax, Solid Work program.

Mature and flexible personality with positive attitude & a team player.

Able to work independently and having a good understanding of production process.

Having work in a team, active creative and willing to hard working.

Develop taste and knowledge of international trends.

English is a must, Mandarin is an advantage.

" Junior Staff Accounting

Responsibilities:

� Mengecek kesesuaian antara transaksi keuangan dengan dokumen pendukung

� Bertanggungjawab atas pencatatan transaksi keuangan perusahaan.

� Membantu dalam menyiapkan laporan keuangan

� Menyiapkan dokumen yang diperlukan untuk mendukung pencatatan transaksi, sesuai dengan Standar Akuntansi Keuangan yang berlaku di Indonesia

� Bertangggung jawab atas penyimpanan dokumen transaksi keuangan perusahaan

� Menyiapkan daftar pendukung laporan keuangan

Requirements:

� Perempuan, usia max. 30 thn

� Lulusan D3/ S1 Acounting dari universitas swasta/ negeri ternama di Indonesia

� Memiliki Brevet A & B merupakan nilai tambah

� Memiliki pemahaman yang baik tentang Jurnal dan Pajak

� Mahir menggunakan Komputer (Microsft Office,Excel,Word, internet, dll)

Accounting and finance supervisor:

Key duties/responsibilities

1. Responsible for the operation of all accounting systems and records, including, but not limited to, cash receipts, expenditures, investments, purchasing, inventory, assets, payroll.

2. Assists in the development and maintenance of financial reporting systems to insure integrity of finances based on sound accounting procedures and controls.

3. Ensures completion of regular safety inspections of office areas and equipment and provides assurances that all risk management practices are in compliance with district safety rules and procedures.

4. Fosters a working environment that promotes safe work habits and active participation in the agency�s risk management program.

5. Keeps the Superintendent of Business Operations informed of issues and activities related to accounting systems.

6. Ensures that written performance evaluations of supervised employees are completed as required, provides continuous feedback on personnel performance issues, and takes immediate action to recognize achievements and address deficiencies or problems.

7. Seeks customer and community input and investigates and acts upon requests, suggestions, and complaints concerning accounting policies and office operations.

8. Invests all available cash in interest-producing investments within the confines of Illinois statues.

9. Supervises payroll and accounts payable employees.

10. Leads and nurtures a work culture that promotes open, frequent and dynamic communication among staff, stimulating teamwork to accomplish desired goals and objectives.

11. Assists in the preparation of the annual working Budget, Tax Levy, Budget and Appropriation Ordinance.

12. Meets mandated publication and filing dates for financial documents.

13. Additional functions may be essential as designated by the Superintendent of Business Operations.

14. Prepares and executes appropriate bank transfers to meet expense and investment requirements and maintain and execute subsidiary records and system entries.

15. Reviews and authorizes check requests and purchase order invoices and advise of potential over-expenditures or misappropriation.

16. Reconciles bank accounts and verify the bank balance with the general ledger

17. Supervises all month-end and year-end accounting procedures including preparation and entry of journal entries for Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll and General Ledger computer systems.

REQUIREMENT

* Age max. 33 years old

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Accountancy.

* Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia;

* At least 2 year(s) of working experience in Accounting area;

* Computer literate especially in MS Office (Excel, Word);

* Able to cope to under-pressure working environment.
