Permitting Officer (Code: PO)
This position is based in Jakarta, reporting to Government Relation Officer. This position is responsible to support permit data maintenance, early warning and preparation of proposing permits as per targeted.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum S-1 Degree in any relevant discipline
Fresh graduate with outstanding achievement are encourage to apply
Preferred having experience in administrative/legal/governmental issues related to coal mining
Possess excellent communication in English, both oral and written
Good interpersonal skills
Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, Power Point)
High commitment to company standard on safety, environment & business ethic and good corporate governance.
External Affair Officer (Code: EAO)
This position is based in Jakarta, reporting to External Affair Superintendent. This position is responsible to handle internal communication, preparing publication material in order to support management, preparing and update corporate website for external communication, act as liaison with authorize, preparing report & manage filing, handling corporate event and other communication activities.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum S-1 Degree in from reputable university majoring in Communication, Social Science, or any related background
Having 2 years experience in public relation or media.
Having working experiences especially in coal mining company is an added value
Having good skill in writing (press release, internal media, brochures, correspondence, etc)
Having knowledge about graphic design and photography
Possess excellent communication in English, both oral and written
Good interpersonal skills Good planning & organizing and detail oriented
Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, Power Point)
High commitment to company standard on safety, environment & business ethic and good corporate governance.
