HRD MANAGER
MINIMUM REQUIREMENT:
Female, 28 - 40 yrs old
Minimum S1 (preferably in Human Resources Management).
Min. GPA 3.0 of 4.0.
Must have minimum 3 years in managing HRD in high quality.
Have good communication, analyzing, and relationship-buildingskills.
Have ability to adapt the company mission and vision to all company divisions.
DUTY:
Able to Make / Implement:
Company Rules & Regulations
Training Programs / Events
Employees Performance Evaluation System with clear KPI (KeyPerformance Index).
Employees Compensation System that is modern and related to theirperformances
Company Social Programs
Able to handle day-to-day activities, such as : Surat perjanjiankerja (karyawan kontrak, masa percobaan, pengangkatan, dll), surat tugas,surat mutasi, surat referensi kerja, surat keterangan gaji, cuti karyawan,surat teguran, surat peringatan, dll.
Memastikan pelaksanaan administrasi kepegawaian yang meliputi:Membuat metode & tools modern yang digunakan untuk melakukan seleksi karyawan baru
