I. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES



1. Manages and maintain all business account completely.

2. Identifies the opportunities and potential customer.

3. Create a sales proposal as a team with other parties to create the most appropriate proposal for the targeted customer.

4. Responsible in maintaining the mutual relationship and communication with customer and strategic partner as well as with the vendors.

5. Responsible in assisting the contract development as well as able to update the contract if needed to achieve the most appropriate agreement based on mutual benefit approach.

6. Maintain the mutual relationship and communication with customer and partner.

7. Support finance department in among the operation especially in collection process during after sales period in the case if Finance Department faced the problems.

8. Conduct and directs mentoring and knowledge sharing to the new member of business consultant group as well as support each other in fulfilling the targeted goals.

9. Participate in Solution / Industry Seminar to improve the product knowledge which is the most significant assets in selling process.







II. AUTHORITIES.



1. Directs in pricing strategy for the customer.

2. Participate in pricing negotiation either with internal parties or with external parties.

3. Fully responsible in offering the solution to the customer either to the existing customer or to the potential customer together with presales team.

4. Seeking and opening the new relationship.



III. WORKING RELATIONSHIPS.



Internal

a. All department (portfolio and shared services)

External

a. Customers.

b. Strategic Partners / Principles.

c. Vendors / Suppliers.





IV. JOB CHARACTERISTICS.



1. Provide daily works continuously.

2. Provide all jobs with creatively, correctly, and appropriately with the customer�s requests by carefully and thoroughly to produce some appropriateness of results with the customer requirements, requests or even customer needs.

3. Manage all assignments based on the regulations of ISO procedures.

4. Provide a hard work and on time oriented to fulfill the customer�s needs, requests, and requirements.

5. Supervised and cooperated with Dept. Head of Business Consultant.

V. JOB REQUIREMENTS.



1. Minimum academics and knowledge requirements.

a. Bachelor Degree.

b. Technical skills and knowledge

i. Able to demonstrate knowledge in selling.

ii. Able to demonstrate wide range of knowledge in information about the product will be sold included in product updated.

c. Fluent English and native Indonesian is required.

d. Experience in the same area is preferable.



2. Minimum skills and abilities required.

a. Communication skills.

i. Able to communicate clearly and delivery all information needed to variety social group especially in implementing the presales process.

b. Wide range of network and interpersonal skills.

i. Able to outsource, extend and maintain networking as well as relationship.

c. Analytical skills

i. Able to define problems, seek and see causal connection, gather and dig the data carefully, and draw exact or correct conclusion related to the problems.

d. Negotiation and bargain skills.

i. Able to negotiate with others based on win-win solution to reach mutual benefits.

e. Planning and Organizing.

i. High ability in using time management to reach fulfillments of customer�s needs, requests, and requirements.

ii. Able to organize and manage resources to reach targeted goals in order to fulfill the projects.

iii. High level of thorough while finishing the assignments.

f. Persuasive skills.

i. Able to use variety approaches to influences individual and groups.

g. Business Sense.

i. Capable to find opportunities with the profit and loss consideration.



VI. SUPPORTED TOOLS



1. Telephone and internet connections.

2. Computer�s device and Note Book is preferable in supporting all operations of BC.
