Job Description
1. Check daily service performance and create analysis report
2. Maintenance daily service operation
3. Analyze and enhance service quality to give more value to customers
4. Create marketing strategy and projection to increase more revenue
5. Resolves service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint or investigation together with Technical team
6. Build internal & inter-company communication
Qualifications
1. Bachelor�s degree above
2. All majors are welcome
3. Intermediate English Communication required
4. Self-motivated, interpersonal and initiative-driving person
5. Ms. PowerPoint and Ms.Excel documentation skill required.
