Job Description
� To provide Office Services and administrative support within the Human Resource Department.
� Distribute internal mail, parcels and documents within the company premises.
� Collect, sort and distribute mail, parcels and documents via courier to other work locations.
� Dispatch outgoing mail to the post office as well as urgent covers to specific locations.
� Cover the reception area during the receptionist�s lunch-break/vacation leave.
� Assist in moving furniture and equipment between departments.
� Assist in office space renovation.
� Assist the receptionist, if necessary.
� Ensure invoices are properly approved, submitted timely for payment and retain a copy for file.
� Ensure documents are sent to relevant departments and service-providers promptly.
� Carry out routine administrative duties such as typing, filing and compiling reports.
� Program door access card for staff.
� Performs ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Qualifications Education
� GCE �N� or �O� Levels
Experience
� At least one year of related working experience
Qualifications
� Good interpersonal, communication and customer service skills
� Proficient in Microsoft Office
� Class 3 driving licence
