Responsibilities:
* Provide 1stand 2ndlevel technical and administrative support over the phone.
* Provide troubleshooting on computer hardware/software and network problems.
* Support user enquiries over IT issues over the phone/ email/ remote assistance.
Requirements:
* Minimum 3-4 years in Service Desk/ Technical support/ IT Helpdesk role.
* Experience in Customer Service/Online Industry is an advantage.
