Lowongan Portal Manager dan ICT Technician di Indonesia Climate Change Center (ICCC)
Job Description
The Portal Manager will be responsible to create access to comprehensive and precise informations, using uniform protocols, for climate change policy development.
In specific, the Portal Manager will have responsibilities as follows:
� Manage and maintain Portal ensuring its functional reliability and accuracy
� Update Portal in coordination with ICT Data Integration Technician
� Develop relationships with counterparts in custodial agencies
� Develop templates for data access
� Identify and propose appropriate vendor resources
Qualifications
� University Degree or similar qualifications desirable
� At least five years working experience
� Understand CMS and GeoPortals
� Have a knowledge of Cloud Computing
� Experience in working with vendors
� Familiarity with graphic design tools
� Good written and spoken English is essential
� Honest and trustworthy
� Excellent interpersonal skills
� Familiarity with the international assistance would be advantageous
Appointment
1 year contract, including a 3 months of probation, with possibility of extension.

Job Description
The ICT Technician will mainly be responsible for all data integration and management. In specific, the ICT Technician will have responsibilities as follows:
� Integrate data from multiple sources
� Identify best tools for data integration
� Coordinate with relevant GoI Ministries for ongoing data integration
� Develop Meta Data catalog of all data sources
� Prepare data and information to populate Center Portal
� Train DNPI and associated networks on data protocols and system
Qualifications
� University Degree or similar qualifications desirable and has a background in Geo Sciences
� At least five years working experience
� Familiar with RDBMS (Relational Database Management System), GIS and Remote Sensing Software skills (ArcGIS, ERDAS)
� Understand the statistical software (SPSS)
� Good written and spoken English is essential
� Honest and trustworthy
� Excellent interpersonal skills
� Familiarity with the international assistance would be advantageous
Appointment
1 year contract, including a 3 months of probation, with possibility of extension.
