Monitoring services quality
Keep records of any complaints through the hotline service.
Making summary reports every month, so the report can present data that show the level of service readiness.
Reviewing performance of call center staff
Responsible in administration process, including working schedule of call center staff
Requirements

Minimum bachelor degree (preferably majoring civil engineering)
Experienced at least 3 year as call center or customer service supervisor (preferably in telecommunication company)
