Buat yang suka masak dan makan (terutama masakan italia / mediterania) pasti kenal dengan bumbu-bumbu herbal seperti Oregano, Thyme atau Basil.
Coba bayangin makan Pizza atau Spaghetti Bolognese tanpa Oregano, pasti hambar dan kurang komplit :D bahkan makan tempe tanpa bumbu ketumbar (corriander) rasanya kok kurang "berasa" ya :p
Namun jenis-jenis Herb itu tidak hanya berguna sebagai bumbu masakan, tapi banyak kegunaan medical lainnya sehingga tanaman Herb tersebut cocok dijadikan koleksi "Apotik Hidup" di rumah anda :2good:
