Untuk the new CBR ini sepertinya tidak jauh berubah dengan versi terdahulu kecuali tampangnya yang sangar :-) Seat height CBR 150R ini sekarang menjadi 783 mm, lebih tinggi sekitar 7 mm dibanding versi terdahulu

CBR 150R versi 2011 memiliki ukuran ban depan 100/80/17dan Ban belakang yang mirip banget sama spek Ninja 250R yakni 130/70/17 yang disinyalir tubeles.
