Power Lab adalah produk Piggyback computer khusus utk mobil2 dengan mesin Diesel commonrail. Utk Aplikasi:
Toyota Innova/Fortuner D4D (2KD engine code),
Toyota Hilux 3.0L D4D (1KD engine code)
Mitsubishi Pajero/Triton (Di-D),
Nissan Navara (2.5L turbo diesel).
Chevy Captiva Diesel, Ford Everest/Focus Tdci, Isuzu D-Max.
Fungsinya Piggyback computer dari Power Lab ini, adalah seperti kunci (un-lock power) utk membuka potential tenaga mesin2 diesel Commonrail. Mobil2 standard memang di pasarkan utk pasarn luas yang mementingkan efficiency dan ber-ekonomis (irit besin) , maka dari pabrik mobil2 standard ini di rancang utk menjadi fuel efficient (de-tuned) utk pasaran luas. Akibatnya tenaga mobil horsepower & Torsi tidak seimbang dgn bobot yang besar (heavy weight) , seperti Toyota Fortuner, big body, 2.5L engine size only.
Power Lab bisa dipakai utk menambah tenaga utk pemakain harian dalam kota, jalan tol, keluar kota sampai balapan (Drag, Rally)��
Power Lab mempunyai 3 produk line utk meningkatan tenaga mesin:
1. Stage 1: FPC-1 unit: Meningkatkan tekanan Commonrail dgn merubah signal fuel pressure:

ECU Pabrik mempunyai boost limit, apa bila melebihi batas boost pressure, ECU standar akan menyalakan "Check engine LIGHT." Unit BCD ini akan menghindari "check engine Light" diatas batas boost pressure.
