ceritanya adalah pada tahun 2006, seorang musafir amerika bernama Blake Mycoskie pergi ke argentina dan menemukan bahwa di argentina masih ada anak2 yang tak mempunyai sepatu untuk melindungi kaki mereka.



Merasa kasihan, dia membantu dengan menciptakan TOMS shoes, sebuah perusahaan yang menjual sepatu bermerek TOMS dan setiap pembelian satu pasang TOMS shoes, perusahaan akan memberikan satu pasang sepatu baru untuk anak2 yang membutuhkan (one for one) dan sekarang sepatu ini menjadi merek terkenal di seluruh dunia.
