Origin : Indonesia
Loading Port : FOB DUMAI, or Belawan or others indonesian port of CPO Indonesian Port
Specification : as Poram Standard
� Free Fatty Acid (as Palmitic) 5 % Maximum
� Moisture + Impurities 0.50 % Maximum
� Iodine Value (Wijs) 51 Minimum
� Melting Point 39 Degrees C
� Dobi Value 2.4 Minimum
� Colour Lovibond 3.5 Y - 3.5R
Packing : bulk in vessel
Price : CPO INDONESIA PORT as DUMAI or BELAWA US$ ��./MT (United Stated Dollar seven hundred eighty three per
Metric Tone) For monthly contract price with a basic minus USD 35 than rotterdam Price shown at R.E.A. holding PLC, at
the date of signing.
For shipment : On �����for the first shipment And monthly contract as the buyer if required, within 30 days after L/C.
Payment : 100% at sight, irrevocable, transferable, confirmed documentary Letter of Credit.
Partial shipment allowance.
Quantity : .....�..MT with maximum less or more volume 0.5% When the less or more volume
greater than 0.5% to be calculate in payment.
Delivery time : On 45 days max after L/C for the first shipment and for 2nd and 3rd shipment
each ��. MT every 30 days .
Contract duration : First shipment within 45 days
And Monthly for 12 shipment in a year.
Inspection : By SGS or equivalent survey company.
Other Terms : All export taxes / duties etc if any applicable are to Buyer account.
Seller will pay for all storage tank, port cost , surveyor costs etc.
All other terms and conditions as per PORAM FOB Contract.
