Mi Jawa Rebus

Hidangan khas dari daerah Jawa ini memiliki rasa yang segar dan harumnya menggoda

Sumber : Jamuan Istimewa 6 Menu Hidangan - Primarasa

Kategori Masakan : Masakan Indonesia

Bahan-Bahan :

250*gram mi basah
600*cc kaldu ayam, didihkan
2*lembar sawi hijau, potong-potong
1*lembar kol, iris kasar
1/2*potong dada ayam goreng, suwir-suwir
2*batang daun bawang, potong serong 2 cm
1*buah tomat, iris kasar
2*sendok makan minyak goreng untuk menumis
2*butir telur

Bumbu*dihaluskan:

3*siung bawang putih
4*butir bawang merah
1/2*sendok teh merica bulat
2*butir kemiri sangrai
garam secukupnya

Cara Mengolah :

1. Panaskan minyak.
2. Tumis bumbu halus sampai harum.
3. Masukkan irisan kol, sawi, dan daun bawang, aduk-aduk.
4. Tuang kaldu, aduk-aduk.
5. Masukkan mi dan irisan tomat serta daging ayam suwir, aduk.
6. Pecahkan 2 butir telur, aduk.
7. Tutup wajan sebentar, aduk lagi dan angkat.
8. Hidangkan selagi panas.

Dimakan saat panas dan agak pedas...mantap banget.....bikin ngiler juga nih....soalnya pas lapar.
